As the owner and operator of Nurse Practitioner Consultants (NPC), Kelly has made a significant impact on the community by providing accessible and high-quality healthcare services. NPC's team of skilled nurse practitioners is dedicated to improving patient outcomes through personalized care and preventative health measures. They offer comprehensive geriatric assessments, dementia care management, advanced wound care treatments, chronic disease management, wellness exams, and tailored health education, coordinating care with other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

Lukas is very well aware of our broken health care system of overpriced insurance premiums and deductible and is excited to part of Direct Primary Care which can be part of a strong solution to our health care system.

Dr Lamb has served as Family Physician in the East Valley now for 30 years. He first opened a clinic in Queen Creek in 1996 and currently oversees Lamb Health, a successful Direct Primary Care clinic in south Gilbert.
Dr Lamb is a Fifth generation Arizonan from Chandler, Arizona. He has 7 children and expecting his 8th grandchild in 2026

Personal:
Dr Lamb is passionate about his family. He enjoys travel and honoring and supporting human achievements in sports, art, music. He played one year of college baseball and likes to dabble playing the piano, especially classics from Chopin and Debussy. He loves comedy. After all, laughter is the best medicine. He does not take himself too seriously but does take his patients’ health seriously even with a little banter and fun when appropriate.
He is passionate about returning to the good ol’ days of personal touch health to each patient’s health care needs and using the latest in technology like text, email, video chat, longer office visits to try to get at the root of illness. He has been described as a cross between Marcus Welby MD and Patch Adams MD (see Robin Williams movie Patch Adams).
